Key Responsibilities

  • Closing & Sales Execution:
    • Lead the sales process from demo to close, delivering compelling presentations that communicate the platform’s value.
    • Manage and prioritize warm inbound leads to maximize conversion rates and accelerate deal closure.
    • Overcome objections with confidence and skill to drive prospects toward a buying decision.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Growth:
    • Utilize downtime effectively by conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Research and identify new potential customers aligned with the ideal customer profile (ICP).
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by balancing prospecting efforts with closing activities.
  • CRM & Data Management:
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and pipeline status within the CRM.
    • Track key sales metrics and forecast pipeline health to inform strategy and management.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing and sales development teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead quality.
    • Provide feedback on sales materials, competitive landscape, and customer needs to the product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of proven success in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
    • Experience closing demos and managing complex sales cycles is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent English communication skills, with strong verbal and written proficiency.
    • Proficient with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
    • Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Attributes:
    • Highly motivated, personable, and resilient with a strong drive to exceed targets.
    • Ability to multitask and balance closing with proactive prospecting.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Efficiently closes demos into paying customers, accelerating sales velocity.
  • Proactively expands the sales pipeline through consistent, high-quality prospecting.
  • Maintains disciplined and accurate CRM updates to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Builds lasting relationships with clients, contributing to customer retention and referral opportunities.
