Job Description
Kinapharma Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory, storage, and distribution processes within our pharmaceutical supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations
- Manage inventory control and conduct cycle counts
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with procedures
- Assist in managing warehouse systems and reports
- Coordinate with other departments on inventory needs
- Support in optimizing warehouse efficiency and productivity
Key Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Warehouse Manager
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail, compliance, and operational efficiency
