Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation.
- Conduct legal research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide counsel on legal rights and obligations.
- Develop legal strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Stay up to date with current legislation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) and admission to the bar.
- A general practice lawyer with at least seven years working experience at the Bar
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
