A Business Analyst (BA) serves as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. They analyse data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and help organizations make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of financial modelling, project management & planning and strategy formulation
2. Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint (to prepare presentations) and Excel to develop financial and other models
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking
4. Ambitious self-starter, with a drive to make things happen independently and through collaboration
5. Good eye for detail, ability to multitask, and strong analytical skills
