BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary:

A Business Analyst (BA) serves as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. They analyse data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and help organizations make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Documentation: Create clear and detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, workflows, and reports.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Project Support: Assist in project planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with developers and QA teams.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of financial modelling, project management & planning and strategy formulation

2. Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint (to prepare presentations) and Excel to develop financial and other models

3. Strong analytical and critical thinking

4. Ambitious self-starter, with a drive to make things happen independently and through collaboration

5. Good eye for detail, ability to multitask, and strong analytical skills

 Preferred Attributes:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems
• Knowledge of data modeling and process mapping tools
