Job Location: Wa (Upper West Region)
Job Purpose
To oversee the operations of the service outlet as a profitable and self-financing business. This includes managing the outlet in an efficient and profitable manner, supporting with employment and personnel issues, marketing and sales, inventory control, financial management and control.
Reporting Line: Retail Manager
Experience and Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
* Must have completed National Service.
* Experience at a fuel or general retail service centre will be an advantage.
* Knowledge of inventory management, financial reporting, and operational compliance.
* Familiarity with the fuel service industry's health, safety, and environmental standards.
