What the role includes

  • Supporting Sr. Business Systems Analyst with management and development of Salesforce systems (Halo and Rome). Including (not limited to):
  • Understanding user tasks and processes that drive them
  • Understanding analytical teams’ data requirements and wider business needs
  • Gathering requirements and writing user stories
  • Working with Salesforce Business Analyst to design solutions
  • Managing and prioritising development backlogs
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • End user training for new functionality
  • End user communications (planned outages, new functionality etc)
  • Onboarding new stakeholders
  • Make sure users are generating ‘good’ data in the way they use our systems – ensuring they follow correct processes and carrying out training where necessary
  • Creating training documentation
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with both Halo and Rome users. Understand their processes and system requirements, ensuring they can carry out their day-to-day workload in the most efficient way possible.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with IT, particularly the Salesforce team.
  • Ensure analytical teams (Business Intelligence, Finance) are receiving complete and accurate data and can carry out their analytical functions effectively.
  • Maximise usage of Halo and Rome, ensuring we are taking advantage of all the benefits Salesforce can offer and ensuring the two systems work seamlessly together.
