Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Client Account Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role involves understanding client needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and products. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams such as production, design, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide clients with timely updates.
Sales and Upselling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and products to existing clients.
• Work with the sales team to generate new business and expand client accounts.
Client Satisfaction:
• Measure and analyze client satisfaction levels regularly.
• Implement strategies to improve overall client experience and promptly resolve any issues.
Communication & Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, account performance, and key metrics.
• Conduct client meetings to review progress, discuss upcoming projects, and gather feedback.
