Responsibility for the day-to-day management of assets and data relating to new IP.
To supply and hand off the assets and data to the Director, Marketing & Creative (who is the central person responsible for overseeing the creation, and distribution of sales materials) at the time the IP is introduced for sale (marketed) to the international market.
To be the central contact for the circulation of new formats between the Creative HQ Team and WBITVP Opcos.
Responsibility for ensuring Opcos are regularly updating the internal Creative database (Quickbase).
Regular creative calls with Opcos, to understand creative needs and opportunities.
To drive collaboration within the Warner Bros. Discovery Group working on Events including:
Creative Exchanges & Format Showcases
Development Workshops
Where necessary, Format Specific Exchanges (working collaboratively with the International Production team where required)
Effectively monitoring and communicating global programming trends to inspire creativity and spot creative opportunities.
Other ad-hoc creative projects as requested by GVP Creative & Format Development.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience of working within a similar role or professional involvement in a production background within the entertainment or media industry.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels (internally and externally), in person and on the telephone.
PC / Mac Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel skill Keynote / Powerpoint , Adobe Premiere Pro, SharePoint, SAP for processing invoice, Medialab for WB and LBS materials
Understanding of AI tools for creative use would be preferable
Effective team working is essential in this role, demonstrating strong team orientation, ability to work closely and well with other team members
Strong eye for detail and information processing. This will be essential when producing reports and log updates throughout the month
Must have a diplomatic and flexible approach
Fluency in second language not essential but preferable
