KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS
1. Proper appraisal and disbursement of loans (Both Individual and Group).
2. Formation and Training of Microfinance
Groups.
3. Monitoring and Recovering of Performing and Non- Performing Loans.
4. Monthly submission of Credit Report to Head of Credit.
5. Monthly submission of Call Report to Head of Credit.
6. Proper loan documentation on loan customers (Individuals and Groups).
7. Solicit for potential Customers for Credit Facility and Deposit Mobilization.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Good knowledge of and skills in use of Microsoft packages.
3. Good knowledge in T24 banking software.
4. Must have knowledge in ORASS reporting.
5. Must know how to ride a motor bike.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION (S):
1. Minimum of first degree in Accounting, Finance or its equivalent (Bachelor of Commerce or Otherwise with relevant
experience of 3 years in related role.
2. Considerable knowledge / understanding of accounting principles, procedures and International Financial Reporting
Standards (IFRS).
