Dispatch Riders

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and secure transportation of packages, documents, and goods to clients and business partners. This role demands excellent time management, road safety awareness, and customer service skills.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and collections
• Maintain delivery logs and submit reports as required
• Verify recipient information before delivery
• Handle packages with care and ensure items are not damaged during transit
• Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the motorcycle
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times

 Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle rider’s license (Class A) and know key areas in Accra
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
• Ability to read maps and use GPS devices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to lift packages
• Trustworthy and punctual
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
