Job Description:
LifeBank is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights that support business growth and decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial reports and management accounts
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor and manage cash flow, receivables, and payables
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- Provide financial analysis and support to management
- Supervise and guide finance team operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification: ICAN/ ACA / ACCA / CPA is an added advantage
- 6-7 years of experience
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
