🔧 About the Role
We are looking for a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our team as part of their National Service. This role requires proficiency in React.js or Next.js for building responsive user interfaces and a working knowledge of Python (preferably using Django or FastAPI) for backend development.
You’ll work closely with a small but agile team to build scalable web applications that solve real-world problems.
đź“Ś Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js or Next.js.
Design and implement APIs and backend logic using Python (Django/FastAPI preferred).
Integrate frontend with backend services to create seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers during development.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.
âś… Requirements
Must be a Ghanaian eligible for National Service (2025 NSS personnel).
Proficiency with React.js or Next.js for frontend development.
Working knowledge of Python and at least one web framework (e.g., Django, FastAPI).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and component-based architecture.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, authentication, and state management.
Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of basic database concepts (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite).
Familiarity with basic DevOps tools like Postman, Vercel, or Render is a plus.
🧠Nice to Have
Experience using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn, or other UI libraries.
Basic understanding of deployment workflows and CI/CD tools.
Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.
A portfolio of personal or collaborative projects (GitHub links welcome!).
