Job Summary
Fides Group, a facility management company, is hiring an IT Tech Officer to lead the implementation and optimization of their ERP and digital systems. The role is focused on driving efficiency and automation across the entire company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system.
· Coordinate with teams to digitize workflows and processes.
· Manage data migration, integration, and validation.
· Configure finance modules (Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Budgeting).
· Develop dashboards and analytics for decision-making.
· Drive AI and automation initiatives using modern tools.
· Train users and manage change across the organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience with ERP or finance systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Odoo).
· Strong skills in data modeling, SQL, and system integration.
· Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, Azure, and automation tools.
· Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Skills: Experience with Facility Management platforms, Property Management systems, or IoT integrations.
