Job Description
Purpose:
- Work closely with SAP leadership to drive SAP-related strategic initiatives, especially within the Manufacturing domain.
- Define SAP environment strategy, ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Oversee project execution, vendor management, solution architecture, and implementation of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Manufacturing modules such as Procurement, Production, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management.
- Lead and support SAP projects & consultants, handling functional and technical implementations.
- Analyze business processes and requirements; work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define functional specifications.
- Maintain system stability, handle support and enhancements; manage change requests and ensure system performance.
- Mentor and develop team members; ensure documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience with SAP, especially in Manufacturing-related modules.
- Experience in managing teams, projects, and SAP implementations.
- Educational background preferably in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or similar; possibly a Master’s degree or equivalent.
