Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, restrooms, and common areas.
* Run office errands, including bank runs, deliveries, and procurement of office supplies.
* Manage the reception area and attend to visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls, manage visitor logs, and handle basic administrative tasks.
* Support administrative staff with clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Minimum of SSCE qualification.
* Previous experience in office cleaning, front desk, or similar roles is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Honest, punctual, and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
