As an Outbound Agent, your role is to reacquire lapsed players, stimulate wagering thereby increasing overall profit of the company.
What you’ll be doing
- Devices strategies to reacquire lapsed players.
- Records and reports feedback from engagements.
- Assists with Adhoc outbound engagements as instructed by their reporting line.
- Monitors, reviews and shares key insights from player engagement.
• The job holder may be required to complete any other reasonable duties in order to achieve
business objectives.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field
A. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Ability to market products
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (MS Word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent writing and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze data
B. PERSONALITY COMPETENCIES
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
