Provide comprehensive technical support and fault troubleshooting for the PTN network to ensure continuous service availability and performance.
Resolve all PTN-related trouble tickets aligned with the Level-3 Maintenance Contract SLA between ZTE Pakistan and the customer.
End-to-end delivery of technical projects: planning, implementation, testing, documentation and successful handover.
Coordinate with customer representatives to address network issues, respond to technical queries, and support operational or planned network activities.
Prepare and submit detailed Incident Reports and Root Cause Analysis documentation for any PTN-related faults.
Technical Requirements / Technologies
Experience in MPLS-TP: configure, maintain and troubleshoot MPLS-TP tunnels and services.
Knowledge of ETH OAM (IEEE 802.1ag and ITU-T Y.1731 standards) for fault detection and performance monitoring.
Use of SNMP tools (for example ZTE NetNumen) for network management.
Experience in L2VPN / L3VPN deployment and support for enterprise customers.
Understanding of Time Sync technologies (SyncE, IEEE 1588v2) in LTE/5G network environments.
Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are highly preferred.
