Salary: GHS 2,000 –GHS 3,000

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Salad Bar Specialist / Manager to oversee daily operations at our salad bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of fresh salads and healthy meals
• Supervise salad bar staff and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure quality control and consistency in food preparation
• Interact with customers and address their preferences or concerns
• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service

Requirements:

• Experience in food preparation or kitchen management
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Good leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for healthy eating and presentation
