From the barbers, nail technicians and makeup artists to masons, labourers, small business owners, and more, we help them get discovered, build trust, and connect with customers. Our mission is to bring visibility, credibility, and opportunities to the millions of talented individuals and small businesses working across the informal and semi-formal economy.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern who’s excited to help us expand our network of artisans, service providers and early users. You’ll play a hands-on role in community outreach, partnerships, and growth campaigns helping us test what works as we scale across Ghana and beyond. This is a role for someone who loves meeting people, spotting opportunities and growing things from zero.

What you'll do

-Identify and onboard artisans (barbers, nail techs, makeup artists, etc.) onto Dooinngs.

-Build and maintain partnerships with training schools, beauty hubs and small business groups.

-Research and map artisan communities in new target areas.

-Gather user feedback to improve onboarding and retention strategies.

-Support marketing and social media efforts that highlight artisan success stories.

-Track progress and report weekly metrics (e.g., sign-ups, activations, engagement).

-Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship and empowering local talent.

-A great communicator who'll be confident in speaking with artisans and small business owners.

-Curious, proactive and unafraid to experiment with new ideas.

-Organized and reliable as you take ownership of your work and follow through.

-Previous experience in community building, marketing, sales or outreach is a plus.
