We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shop Attendant to support daily retail operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers, ensure products are well arranged, and maintain a clean and organized shop environment while working assigned shifts.
Job Description:
The Shop Attendant will be responsible for attending to customers, handling basic sales activities, restocking shelves, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role operates on a shift system and requires punctuality, honesty, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and attend to customers politely
• Assist customers with product inquiries
• Arrange and restock items on shelves
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Support daily opening and closing duties
• Adhere strictly to assigned shift schedules
Shift System / Working Hours:
• Morning Shift: 8:00am – 3:30pm (Reporting time: 7:30am)
• Evening Shift: 3:30pm – 10:00pm (Reporting time: 3:00pm)
• Overall shop operation: 9:30am – 7:30pm
