Role Details

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead execution and strategy of YouTube long and short-form videos, titles and thumbnails, editing, and caption generation
• Maintain content calendars, execute on time posting across all platforms, and keep track of metrics
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations
• Respond to comments and messages while collaborating with industry influencers
• Stay ahead of platform trends and implement creative ideas that amplify brand presence

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years managing social media for brands or agencies
• Proven track record growing audiences across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of YouTube optimization and thumbnail creation
• Experience with content calendar management and scheduling tools
• Ability to write compelling captions and descriptions that drive engagement

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Canva, Metricool, or Airtable (we can teach our tools)
• Background in digital marketing or tech industry
• Paid social media campaign experience
• Knowledge of social listening and analytics tools
