Job Description



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.  
  • Define brand positioning, identity, and value propositions for target audiences.  
  • Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.  
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, etc.).  
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to design and produce marketing materials.  
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and ROI.  
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.  
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust brand strategies and product positioning.  
  • Prepare regular reports on market performance and customer feedback.  
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional events, and brand activations.  
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.  
  • Develop promotional calendars and oversee advertising budgets.  
  • Oversee brand presence on digital platforms, including websites and social media.  
  • Manage influencer marketing, content creation, and online reputation.  
  • Ensure consistent engagement and community growth on digital platforms.  
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members to achieve brand goals.  
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design, PR, product development).  
  • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media, and vendors.
