As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will be:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Maintain cleanliness of conference rooms and break rooms as needed. 
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Makes travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Schedule food / catering, set up, clean up and actively engage with team members during events.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Ensures operation of office peripheral machines by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Stocking breakrooms with supplies when needed.
  • Assist with facilitation of orientation tasks such as badges, scheduling, and employee photos.
  • Manage and audit badge system.
  • Manage vendor communications, changes, and requests.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned.



A strong Administrative Assistant will possess:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing work, taking initiative, setting priorities and sound decision making.
  • Deals effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production co-workers to management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
