Job Summary
The Branch Manager oversees all operational, commercial and customer-service aspects of a branch. The person ensures the branch meets business targets, maintains service excellence, leads staff, and aligns branch performance with organisational strategy. 
Job Description
• Lead the branch in achieving revenue, sales, customer service and operational targets. 
• Manage branch staff: recruitment, training, performance reviews, development and motivation. 
• Oversee daily branch operations: cash management, transaction processing, risk & compliance, local market activities. 
• Develop local business opportunities: market analysis, community engagement, service delivery enhancements. 
Key Responsibilities
• Set and communicate branch objectives and business plan. 
• Supervise branch budget, monitor P&L, control costs and drive profitability. 
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, banking/industry regulations and risk controls. 
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, develop talent and ensure team works effectively. 
• Report branch results and market trends to senior management.
