Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring projects/programs under the assigned service area (e.g., community services, education, WASH, disaster relief).
  • Develop project timelines, budgets and schedules, ensuring targets are met.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor project progress, collect data, and ensure quality of service delivery.
  • Maintain relations with stakeholders including communities, donors, partner agencies and internal teams.
  • Prepare periodic reports (status updates, progress summaries) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and donor/grant requirements.
  • Support resource mobilisation, tracking of indicators and documentation of lessons learned.
  • Manage logistics and coordination of program activities (e.g., workshops, gatherings, field campaigns).






Qualifications & Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree (in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration or related) is commonly required.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in NGO / development / program work.
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel as required for field visits.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience in project management, monitoring & evaluation, donor reporting, or community engagement.
