Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring projects/programs under the assigned service area (e.g., community services, education, WASH, disaster relief).
Develop project timelines, budgets and schedules, ensuring targets are met.
Conduct field visits to monitor project progress, collect data, and ensure quality of service delivery.
Maintain relations with stakeholders including communities, donors, partner agencies and internal teams.
Prepare periodic reports (status updates, progress summaries) for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and donor/grant requirements.
Support resource mobilisation, tracking of indicators and documentation of lessons learned.
Manage logistics and coordination of program activities (e.g., workshops, gatherings, field campaigns).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration or related) is commonly required.
At least 1-3 years of experience in NGO / development / program work.
Strong MS Office skills and ability to prepare reports and presentations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel as required for field visits.
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in project management, monitoring & evaluation, donor reporting, or community engagement.
