Job Description (General for These Roles)
These positions are part of IKEA’s UAE operations which span store retail, online/digital, visual merchandising, and supply chain. Each role involves responsibilities such as:
• System Analyst D365 F&O Developer: Implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; ensuring data integrity; collaborating with IT and business teams to optimize retail financial and operations workflows.
• Customs Trade Advisor: Managing import/export compliance, tariffs, and customs regulations; ensuring goods movement meets all legal and regulatory requirements; liaising with customs authorities; optimizing trade processes.
• Visual Merchandiser: Designing and maintaining store displays that reflect IKEA’s brand guidelines; ensuring product presentation is attractive and aligns with commercial objectives; coordinating with sales and store operations teams to enhance customer experience.
