We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Administrator to oversee farm operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient administration of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day farming operations (crops & livestock)
* Lead and train farm workers in safe practices
* Manage budgets, procurement & farm records
* Monitor inventory (seeds, feed, fertilizers)
* Ensure high standards of production & quality
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
* Experience in farm management/administration
* Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
* Willingness to work onsite full time in Kumasi
* A driving license is a plus
