📌 Regional Manager, Northern Belt (Kumasi)
The Regional Manager will lead operations across Kumasi, Tamale, and Dambai, ensuring that CFC’s strategy is effectively implemented in the Northern Belt. This is a senior leadership role responsible for:
* Driving innovative, high-impact interventions for children and families
* Leading and developing strong, motivated teams
* Using data and insights to shape future-ready programs
* Building partnerships and representing CFC at the regional level
📌 Branch Coordinator, Dambai
The Branch Coordinator will oversee the full operations of our Dambai branch, ensuring quality service delivery for children and families.
The role involves:
* Leading a dedicated branch team
* Managing resources and maintaining program quality
* Designing and implementing needs-driven interventions
* Engaging local stakeholders and strengthening community partnerships
