Job Description:
The Group Manager will oversee the development of tailored financial products and services for diaspora clients, manage partnerships, and ensure excellent customer relationship management across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the bank’s diaspora customer base.
- Lead product innovation tailored to diaspora needs.
- Build partnerships with community organizations and diaspora associations.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure revenue growth targets are met.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the diaspora banking team.
