Job Summary:
Ahyiresu Farmhouse Resort, a soon-to-open 4-Star Eco-Resort, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to lead and manage the resort’s housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Job Description:
The Housekeeping Executive will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, implement hygiene and cleanliness standards, and ensure that guest rooms and public areas reflect the resort’s eco-luxury values. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment and a passion for sustainability and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, suites, and public areas
- Train and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Develop and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
