What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with leaders and management to deploy business-oriented solutions
- Identifying and leading on all people and organisation requirements to deliver integrated solutions
- Managing and delivering the full HR cycle
- Coaching and supporting on all people related matters for your business area
- Managing the day-to-day HR operations in additional to functional HR projects
- Collaborating with line of business and leadership teams to implement change and continuous improvement
- Lead on the analysis of people data to improvement performance, including developing and retaining critical skills
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role within a large organisation
- Experience of collaborating with senior leaders and influencing decisions
- Experience working on projects which drive improvements in process, policy or practice
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in a Manufacturing, unionised or project-based environment
- CIPD level 7 qualified, or working towards
