Terms of Service
- The Reporting time for the Juice and Salad Bar Attendant
Monday to Saturday7:00am to 9:00pm
Sundays is 9:30am to 9:00pm
Holidays is 7:00am to 4:00pm
- The Juice and Salad Bar Attendant entitled to two (2) days off in a week.
- The Company pays the employee’s SSNIT, Tier 2 and Tax at the end of every month.
- The employee is entitled to twenty (20) working days leave in a year.
Skills required:

- Basic culinary skills and knowledge
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities
- Have basic computer, good communications and customer service, reading ability, culinary foundation and understanding, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Contribute to wastage management by sorting through useable produce and products before disposal
- Possess the needed knowledge and ability to mix and match produce and products into salads or juices that meet customer requirements
- Contribute to grilling of proteins for salads and preparation of salad dressings
- Assist customers with information on choice of salads, juices and smoothies
- Wait on customers at the juice and salad bar.
- Serve juice and salad with optimum speed and efficiency
- Prepare standard juices every morning to serve to customers
- Clean Bar and equipment used at the bar.
- Organize salad bar after it has been visited by customers.
- Mop flours and carry out general cleaning of the bar.
- Organise and cut fruits and vegetable so that they will be available for preparation when needed.
- Undertake any other duties periodically assigned by Management.
