Job role

1.Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Lead.

2.Brand Management

  • Oversee brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, PR).
  • Strengthen HealthX Africa’s positioning in the telehealth market.

3.Market Research & Insights

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to inform strategy, targeting, and service offerings.

4.Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads, offline).
  • Track and optimize performance to ensure high engagement and ROI.

5.Content & Communication Oversight

  • Supervise development of compelling content (blogs, social media, email, video).
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone and audience expectations.

6.Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Build digital funnels to drive qualified leads.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.

7.Partnership & Community Engagement

  • Identify and manage partnerships (e.g., employers, influencers, health orgs).
  • Promote co-branded initiatives to extend reach and build trust.

8.Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key KPIs (Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, etc.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.

9.Budget & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.

10.Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
  • Foster a creative, high-performance culture within the team.

11.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, clinical, tech, and customer support teams.
  • Align marketing activities with overall business goals.

12.Regulatory Compliance & Ethics

Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing standards, data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, Kenya Data Protection Act), and ethical guidelines
