Training: Design and deliver training programs for various audiences on payroll services, processes, tools, and strategic initiatives. Identify and address knowledge and skill gaps across the business by creating user-friendly guides, documents, videos and facilitating learning sessions.
Content Development: Create and manage payroll related content for various platforms (Notion, website, social media). Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Knowledge Management: Develop and execute knowledge management materials from the ground up, identifying the right platforms and creating the right content for internal and external audience types. Engage with and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Project Management: Lead and manage payroll content projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Take an active role in supporting junior members of the Payroll Business Operations team.

What you bring
Minimum of 4 years' experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development roles or related fields.
Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly formats through written pieces, presentations and/or micro learnings.
Experience in L&D or developing and delivering training programs.
Experience creating knowledge management documentation from scratch, with a focus on clarity, structure, and usability.
Ability to develop a range of content assets including articles, videos, one-pagers, and presentations.
Understanding of employee and customer audiences and able to develop company assets that cater to their needs.
Skilled in using creative tools like Canva to design engaging visual content.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve programs.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in content management systems (e.g., Notion, Zendesk).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.
