Job Description:

Accra College of Technology and Training (ACTT) is seeking experienced and passionate Teachers / Instructors to deliver quality instruction in both academic and professional/vocational subjects. The successful candidates will design and deliver engaging lessons, assess learners’ progress, and contribute to the overall development of students’ knowledge and skills.

Subject Areas:
• Vocational & Professional Subjects: Customer Service, Ethics, Marketing, OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment), Financial Management, Quality Management
• Academic Subjects: Mathematics, English Language, ICT, Entrepreneurship, Integrated Science, Social Studies

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver lessons in assigned subjects, ensuring alignment with ACTT standards and curriculum.
• Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and monitor learner progress.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance.
• Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning where applicable.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in workshops or training sessions to improve teaching practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Relevant Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in the subject area or related field.
• Previous teaching or training experience (vocational or academic) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver lessons effectively for both classroom and practical settings.
