Our Client – a well‑established construction company is seeking an experienced Yard Production Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of yard‑based construction activities. The role requires strong coordination across Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural trades, working closely with consultants, contractors, and the Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient delivery of works.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Site Construction Management (experience in Precast yards is highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Structural, M&E, and Architectural coordination.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and just‑in‑time logistics.
- Proactive communicator and problem‑solver capable of managing the interface between yard and site to anticipate needs before they impact production.
