Shift Timings:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify safety hazards, suggest corrective actions, and follow company safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Assemble units using various tools (hand, power, electric, air-powered drills, wrenches, grinders, nail/staple gun, paint gun, overhead crane, pallet jack, etc.).
  • Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical installations, grinding, and touch-up painting.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and verify parts against blueprints.
  • Test, package, crate, and prepare finished goods for shipment or proper location storage.
  • If certified, operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and organize materials.
  • Maintain 5S standards and perform related duties to support quality and productivity goals.
  • Complete inventory paperwork and computer transactions as needed.
  • Adhere to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
  • Mobility to move within the department/plant as required.

 

Knowledge/Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Requires advance knowledge of hydraulic and electric systems; highly skilled in the use of all hand tools, electric, and air power along with some skills in wire feed welder and plasma.

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and measuring devices. Some knowledge in gas and diesel engines.
