Support and work alongside the EMEA sales team to plan and deliver product demonstrations to golf clubs, indoor simulator centers, commercial driving ranges and other client segments on a continuous basis.
Support the EMEA sales team with key accounts and customers needing extra information on the Booking and Payment platform.
Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, golf events and social media activities.
Customer training and 1st level support.
Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
Organization and implementation of Booking and payment platform educational workshops together with the EMEA Customer Success team.
Product testing and provision of feedback to our software team.
Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies.

Preferably:
Golf experience and knowledge of the Golf industry and sport.
Sales experience in sports or technology industry from previous work experience / Staging.
Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies from previous work experience / Staging..
Advanced computer skills, Apple IOS & Microsoft Windows configurations (device management), Microsoft Office / Sharepoint experience
