Key Responsibilities
Proactively hunt for leads and build a robust prospect list
Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities to drive business revenue
Manage and report on individual sales targets
Leverage in-depth product knowledge to showcase client’s solutions to prospects
Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with potential customers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, including pipeline reporting
Proven track record in cold canvassing with high conversion rates
Expertise in modern sales closing techniques and their practical execution
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Key Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior sales experience in fintech is an added advantage
Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Confident and resilient in the face of objections
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets

Ability to do sales presentations to C-suite executives and business owners
