Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships to expand our client base.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance to drive results.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, keeping our offerings competitive and relevant.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
Actively participate in industry events, networking activities, and partnerships to enhance our market presence.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Client Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into business development activities and outcomes
Brand Representation:
Represent Built at industry events and forums as a knowledgeable and influential ambassador for our company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven track record of success in sales roles, with leadership experience.
Strong network within Ghana's SME communities.
Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
Familiarity with technology products and services.
Proficiency in English, with knowledge of local languages as a plus.
