We are inviting applications for CA Industrial Trainees to join our Business Finance team in Gurgaon. This role is an excellent opportunity for aspiring CA professionals to gain practical exposure and contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Role Overview
As an Industrial Trainee, you will work closely with the Finance & Business teams on:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
2. Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
3. Business Partnering and Decision Support
4. Cost Analysis and Optimization
5. MIS Reporting and Management Presentations
6. Process Improvement and Automation initiatives
Who can apply?
1. Pursuing CA (Industrial Training period) 12-18 months
2. Prior experience in Statutory Audit, Financial Reporting.
3. Good analytical skills with attention to detail
4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficient in MS Excel / PowerPoint (knowledge of financial tools will be an added advantage)
