Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically inclined Personal Assistant with an engineering background to provide administrative support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to manage complex tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and minute-taking
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data protection
- Provide technical expertise to support engineering projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Assist with technical report writing and data analysis
- Support the development of technical documents, such as proposals and presentations
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders on technical matters
- Coordinate projects, including scope, timeline, and budget management
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed
- Support project teams to ensure deliverables are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
- 2-3 years of experience in administration or technical support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must reside in Nsawam and its surroundings
