Position Summary:
The Platform Operations Officer is responsible for supporting and optimizing rider engagement on the company platform. This includes educating drivers, monitoring performance, resolving concerns, and promoting compliance with operational standards.
Responsibilities:
● Educate riders on company policies, app usage, and earning optimization.
● Monitor platform performance metrics (trips, ratings, compliance).
● Handle rider inquiries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions.
● Enforce adherence to company and partner platform guidelines.
● Support in resolving disputes regarding earnings, penalties, or usage.
● Propose initiatives to improve driver satisfaction and reduce churn.
● Identify and address common rider pain points.
● Act as first-level support for escalations and issue resolution.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in any field (business, logistics preferred).
● 1–2 years' experience in operations or customer-facing roles.
● Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
● Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
