Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Tema Free Zone. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, developing and following production schedules, and ensuring efficient production planning. Key tasks include supervising the production team, maintaining communication channels, and managing production processes to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Key skills in manpower management, and ability to lead and manage production team effectively.
Experience in Production Planning and Production Schedules
Proficiency in Production Management practices
Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team and management
Ability to work in factory setting.
Experience in the plastic industry, specifically in blow mold injection will be an added advantage.
