Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that deliver a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and support staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth operations.
• Handle cash management, billing, and daily reporting as required.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and promotional activities.
• Motivate team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and health/safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum [2–3] years of experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision.
