Experience: 5-10 Years in FMCG organization

Requirements:
- Supervise Workshop Operations:Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical equipment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring productivity and skill development.
- Task Allocation: Assign tasks based on priorities and technician expertise.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to meet quality and operational standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain tools, spare parts, and consumables inventory.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols in the workshop.
- Market Coordination: Visit the market to coordinate with outside vendors for procurement as needed.
- Vendor Management:Communicate and negotiate with outside vendors for repair jobs, if needed.
- Record-keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance schedules, repair logs, vendor interactions, and workshop performance.
