We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. The role involves supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to the overall people strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes and the ability to work closely with both management and employees.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Assist with performance management processes and training programs.
• Support leave administration, payroll preparation, and benefits coordination.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries.
• Provide HR reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (required).
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (a plus).
• 2 to 5 years of professional HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
