Role Summary- Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience:

At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, we believe that exceptional talent is the cornerstone of exceptional organizations. As our Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce and the heart of our culture.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent while designing and delivering employee experience initiatives that foster engagement, growth, and belonging. With a sharp eye for potential and a deep understanding of what drives people, you’ll ensure that every touchpoint—from recruitment to retention—reflects the excellence and innovation that define the Estrada brand.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a blend of creativity, empathy, and analytical thinking. You’ll collaborate across teams to build a workplace where people don’t just work—they thrive.

Role Outlook:

  • Spot and Secure Top Talent:
  • Demonstrate an exceptional ability to identify high-potential candidates and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies that align with Estrada’s brand of excellence.
  • Craft Exceptional Candidate Journeys: 
  • Ensure every candidate touchpoint—from application to onboarding—is seamless, engaging, and reflective of Estrada’s commitment to innovation and professionalism.
  • Champion a Thriving Employee Experience:
  •  Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention, making Estrada a workplace where people feel valued and inspired.
  • Drive Culture with Intentionality:
  • Act as a culture ambassador, embedding Estrada’s core values into daily practices, communications, and employee interactions.
  • Use Data to Elevate Impact:
  • Leverage HR analytics and feedback to continuously improve talent acquisition and employee experience strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience:
     
    Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee engagement, or HR Analytics, preferably within a consulting or fast-paced environment.
  • Talent Spotting Expertise:
  •  Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit high-performing candidates across diverse roles and levels.
  • Employee Experience Design:
  • Strong track record of developing and executing initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and culture.
  • Strategic Communication: 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and craft compelling employer brand narratives.
  • Analytical & Tech-Savvy: 
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and data analytics to drive decisions and optimize processes.
