What we ask

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in any food manufacturing industry, with a degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in dairy food processing and manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to operate food processing machinery, including conducting troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices such as GMP, HACCP, ATEX, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), HIRADC, LOTO/LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).


Work Environment

Location:
Work is typically based in a milk processing plant or dairy production facility. These environments are clean, warm, and require strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Team & Colleagues:
You will work closely with production line operators, quality assurance staff, maintenance technicians, and warehouse/logistics personnel. You will report directly to the Process Manager or Plant Manager. Collaboration, coordination, and clear communication are essential for successful shift handovers and overall operational efficiency.

Vacancy description

  • Lead and manage production operations during assigned shifts by coordinating daily schedules, overseeing workflows, and ensuring efficient milk processing using equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and UHT systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP), company policies, and hygiene protocols while maintaining accurate production records, including batch details and shift reports.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards, promptly identifying and troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to enhance team performance, support skill development, and conduct effective shift handovers with clear communication across teams and management.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, manage raw material inventory, and ensure a steady supply to the filling lines while optimizing productivity and reducing waste.
