Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage digital relationships with key NHS contacts
• Use approved materials to support product education and sales
• Work closely with the wider commercial team to meet shared goals
• Record activity accurately in the CRM system
• Identify when face-to-face support is needed and flag to Account Managers
What You’ll Need:
• Strong sales background (remote or field-based)
• Confident using digital platforms (Teams, CRM,)
• Understanding of NHS customer needs, especially in community care
• Self-motivated, organised, and resilient
